  My cousin died at a young age and they were nothing but unprofessional as my family grieved. We knew a funeral home that provided more services, so we asked to have the body released to them. It wasn't personal or malicious. Wright waited until then to tell us that they didn't even have a refrigerator big enough for him (he was a large guy), so he'd been sitting out for hours. When the funeral home we went with came to get him, Wright wouldn't let them do the transfer in the building, which is rare. His people literally pushed the body out into the back, causing it to turn to its side. The funeral home we chose had to end up putting my cousin's body on the ground and then lifting it back on the gurney. While the body was on the ground, a Wright employee took a photo and shared it with others, including my mother, who was planning the service. He cursed at her in a text with the photo and told her that the other funeral home had dropped my cousin. (The funeral home we went with has already called her and explained the situation.) My mother contacted Wright to let him know what happened and the owner was very rude, not even apologizing. But he did basically confirm that he knew about the photo floating around. DO NOT put your loved ones in the hands of this funeral home. They're in it for the money, which they showed by knowing they couldn't store his body properly and never saying a word until we decided​ to go with someone else. When someone you love dies, you want compassion and you won't get it from them. It's sad because, as a family of great faith, we expected more from a clergy member.
